GERALD CATTERMOLE Geralds family wish to thank everyone for the cards and messages of sympathy on their sad loss. Also to all those who attended the funeral, and for the donations which raised £756 for St Elizabeth Hospice. Special thanks to all doctors and nurses who cared for Gerald, especially the district and hospice nurses, who were so kind, loving an considerate to both Gerald and the family. We would also like to thank Rev. Jenny Abblett for a beautiful service and the Co-operative Funeral Directors for their kindness. Please accept this as the only but sincere acknowledgment.
