MICHELE HOLMES Mary, Bob, Wayne and family would like to thank everyone who sent cards, letters and condolences in the sad loss of our dearest daughter Michelle, also all who attended the funeral and sent donations. Our most grateful thanks to St. Elizabeth Hospice, Burlington Road Doctors and District Nurses who attended Michelle with such loving care. To Marie Curie and Macmillan for their support and to Michelles hospice driver Mr Bob Duvell. Sincere thanks to all the carers for being so helpful and caring and to Hunnaball Funeral Service for all their help and support and for the lovely service. A very special thank you to all her special loving friends who attended to her in her last months. Please accept this as out most sincere acknowledgment.
