CAROL ANN FOUNTAIN Aged 72, passed away peacefully at home on January 13th 2022 following her ongoing battle with MND. Beloved wife of Joseph, mother of Wayne and Sara, grandmother of Luke, Nicole, Amy, Hayley, Abbie, Chloe and Jordan and great grandmother to Aoife. Funeral service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium, Nacton on Wednesday February 2nd at 10.30 a.m. Donations in memory of Carol can be made out to either St. Elizabeth Hospice or Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) online at carolfountain.muchloved.com or sent c/o David Button Independent Funeral Directors.
