Passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 9th 2021, aged 83 years. Beloved father of Joanne, Peter and Michael (of the Adicts) grandad, great grandad and friend to many - he left a mark on all who knew and loved him. A true pioneer of the music world, Geordie was manager of the Adicts from 1976 to 1989 and was responsible for the first ever Punk Rock concert in Ipswich. He was a force to be reckoned with in his support and promotion of the music scene and the youth of his community. Say that he is no more, but say that he WAS...! Due to current restrictions a private family funeral service will take place. Donations in memory of Geordie can be made out to Christian Aid and sent c/o David Button Independent Funeral Directors.
