Collins Jacqueline Pearl. Jacqueline passed away at home on Wednesday April 7th 2021, aged 84 years. Beloved wife of Patrick, much loved mother and mother-in-law to Rick, Nicky, Lyn, Pete, Rob and Sally. Treasured and loved nana and great nana. Funeral is by invitation only due to the continued Covid 19 restrictions. Donations, if desired, are being received in loving memory of Jacqueline for British Lung Foundation c/o.
