BASIL JOHN SOUTHGATE March 1929 - March 2021. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dad, who passed away peacefully at home on March 14th, 2021. He was a devoted husband to the late Muriel, loving and supportive father to Rosie, Caroline, Jon and their partners, and much loved by his six grandchildren. He was also a loyal friend to many. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 12.00 p.m. on Tuesday April 13th. We apologise that attendance is by invitation due to the current restrictions, and that he will have family flowers only.
