HAMMOND (Smith) PAT Sadly passed away, peacefully at home on February 13th 2021, aged 89. Much loved wife of Brian, dearly loved mum of Beverley and Martin, step mum to Kevin and the late Hazel, sister of the late Ella. Loving grandma, great grandma and auntie. Will be sadly missed by all. Private graveside funeral service followed by a memorial service at Colchester Road Baptist Church, March 26th. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, in memory of Pat, payable to St Elizabeth Hospice and/or East Anglian Air Ambulance and sent c/o East of England Co-op Funeral Services, 47 St Helens Street, Ipswich IP4 2JL.
