PETER RAFFE Passed away peacefully at Handford House on November 20th 2020 aged 93, after a long struggle with dementia. Husband of the late Kay, dear father to Max, father-in-law to Carol, Grandpa to Fiona, Tom and his wife Siobhan and Great Grandpa of Rosa, Connie and Sofia. Former Post Office/BT Engineer, JP, local sailor and Sea Scout. He will be missed by family, friends and many others he met through his life working in his local communities. The family wish to thank all the staff at Handford House for their dedicated care for Peter over the last six years. Funeral at Seven Hills Crematorium at 2.30 p.m., on Friday, December 4th.
