JOAN EILEEN CARTER Passed away peacefully in Ipswich Hospital, September 8th 2020. Wife of the late Frank. Dear aunt to Lesley, Teresa and families. A special friend of Margaret and Caroline. Funeral service to be held at Old Cemetery Church, on Wednesday September 30th, at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment at Ipswich Cemetery. Flowers welcome and can be sent c/o East of England Co-op Chapel of Rest, 32 Boss Hall Road, Ipswich, IP1 5BN. Donations if desired, made payable to St Elizabeth Hospice may be sent c/o East of England Co-op Funeral Services, 283 Norwich Road, Ipswich, IP1 4BP.
