PROPHET Jacqueline Ava Ann. Sadly passed away peacefully at home on April 17, 2020 aged 62 years. Much loved mum, sister, auntie, grandma and friend. A special lady who will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 2.15 p.m., at Ipswich Chapel followed by committal at Millennium Cemetery but due to the current circumstances attendance will be limited to close family only. Memorial service to be arranged when possible. Flowers may be sent to East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 32 Boss Hall Road, Ipswich, IP1 5BN.
