JOLLY Patrick. Passed away suddenly on April 20, 2020 aged 70 at Bucklesham Grange Care Home. Much loved father of Georgina, Bryony and Sam and grandfather of six. Laid to rest at The Church of the Holy Family and Saint Michael. Thanksgiving service at a later date.
