NORMA McMAHON Our dear mum Norma McMahon, formerly Haynes, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 16, aged 79, following a short period of ill health. Mum was born on the beautiful island of Barbados and settled in England in 1958. She is survived by her former husband and friend Stephen, her 10 children, two brothers, and four sisters. She was Nanny to 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Our mum was, and will continue to be well loved and respected, for the family values of honesty, respect and togetherness she instilled in all of us, which we will continue after her passing. She will be sadly missed by family, friends and all who knew her. Due to the current restrictions we will be holding a private family service at Ipswich Millennium Cemetery on Friday, May 22, 2020 at 1.30 p.m. Flowers are welcome and can be sent to East of England CO-OP Funeral Services, The Chapel of Rest, 32 Boss Hall Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5BN. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date when circumstances allow.
