COOK (nee Budd, formerly Smyth), Sally, born Hereford 19 August 1928, latterly of Sheffield and Ipswich. Died 11 April 2020 peacefully and painlessly at home cared for by the NHS REACT Community nurses and carers. Wife of the late David and of Mike. Mother of David, the late Tom, and of Emma. Granny to Madeleine, Natalie, George, Louis, Evie and Amelia. Great-gran to Sylvie. Counsellor and therapist. No flowers; donations instead to Sue Ryder.
