Smith Patricia Edith (Pat). Suddenly taken from us on February 15, aged 84 years. Dearly loved mother of Neil, Adrian and Chris and a loving nanna and great nanna who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at Ipswich Crematorium on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 11.45 a.m. Floral tributes may be sent to East of England Co-op Chapel of Rest, 32 Boss Hall Road, Ipswich, IP1 5BN.
