JADE OKUDA Formerly known as Jade Dethridge. Sadly passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, aged 45. Jade will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Ipswich Crematorium on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 3.15 p.m. Family flowers only please, however donations if desired to be made payable to Guide Dogs. and may be sent c/o Michael Smy Funeral Directors, 145 Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, IP3 8EB.
