JUDITH CARTER (nee Bugge) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 14, 2020, aged 76 years. A loving mum and grandma. Funeral Service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 9.45 a.m. Family flowers only but donations if desired to St Elizabeth Hospice may be sent c/o East of England Co-operative Funeral Service, 47 St Helens Street, Ipswich IP4 2JL.
