CHALLIS Sarah Jane. Precious and much loved only daughter of Chris and Diana, passed away unexpectedly with her Mumma and Pops holding her hands on October 18, 2019, aged 45 years. She will be so sadly missed by so many people who loved her, special thanks to Ipswich Hospital A&E Department for all their care, to Dr. Azvine and staff at Ivry Street Practice for their care and support over the past years and to Teresa, Judith and Gemma for all the love and care they have given to Sarah. A Celebration of Sarah’s life is to be held at, Seven Hills Crematorium, Nacton, on Friday, November 22, 2019, at 12 noon, please wear bright colours to the service. No flowers please but donations, if desired, made payable to EACH may be sent c/o. East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 139 Main Road, Kesgrave IP5 2NP.
