CHATFIELD Mary Rose. Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on September 26, 2019, aged 81 years. Beloved wife to Doug, loving mum to Rosemary, Paul and Simon, devoted grandma, great-grandma and mother-in-law. Funeral Service to be held at Ipswich Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at 10.45 a.m. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, to St. Elizabeth Hospice may be sent c/o.
