DAVID JAKE JAY Beloved husband of Rosie, much loved dad of Matthew, Katie and the late David, father-in-law of Karina, loving grandad to Megan, Nathan and Chloe. Brother of Brian, Lenny, Sarah and the late Barry. Passed away suddenly on Friday, August 16, 2019 aged 66. David will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Funeral is to take place on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Seven Hills Crematorium, at 3.00 p.m. Family flowers only please.
