DAVID PATRICK MATHEWS Passed away peacefully at home on April 14, 2019, aged 63 years. Husband of Lynda. Beloved dad of Katharine, Richard, Heidi and Paul, son of Michael and the late Olive, brother of Ian and Tina and a much loved grandad. Forever in our hearts. Funeral service to take place at Seven Hills Crematorium, on Friday, May 17, at 2.15 p.m. No flowers by family request, but donations, if so desired, made payable to the Colchester & Ipswich Hospital Charity or St Elizabeth Hospice and sent c/o. The East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 364 Foxhall Road, Ipswich. IP3 8JE.
