Welham Julie. Passed away peacefully at Ipswich Hospital after a short illness on April 9, 2019 aged 54 years. Julie will be sadly missed by her mother Janet and partner David. Brother Edward and Gill and friends of many years Gail, Maxine and Natasha, also the many customers and friends from Julies Afro Hair Supplies.
