IRVIN Patricia Anne. Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on Saturday March 9, aged 71 years. Reunited with her late husband Derrick, loving mum of Mark and Tracy and son-in-law John. A dear nannie to Charlie, and dearest sister, sister-in-law and aunt, she will be sadly missed.
