SMYTH PATRICIA ENID Passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 10, 2019, aged 77 years, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved wife of the late John, much loved mum of Venetia and Rebecca, a very special granny of Ashley, Jasmin and George. Patricia will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium on Tuesday, March 26, at 4.30 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Patricia for St Elizabeth Hospice may be sent c/o.
