Sweeney Penelope Elaine (Penny). Passed away on January 31, 2019, aged 56 years. Loved wife of Kevin and an adored mum of Lucy. She will be truly missed by all her family and friends. The family would like to thank all those who cared for Penny throughout the last few years, especially the staff on the Somersham Ward and the district nurses. Funeral service to take place at Seven Hills Crematorium on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 12 noon. No flowers by request please but, donations, if so desired, made payable to the Somersham Ward Support Group and sent c/o. the East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 364 Foxhall Rd., Ipswich IP3 8JE.
