HAZEL MAY LEEKS Passed away peacefully at Hadleigh Hall Nursing Home, on January 19, 2019, aged 96 years. Dearest mum of Anthea and the late Barry, son-in-law Colin, daughter-in-law Mary. Much loved by her sisters Honor, Cynthia and late brother Bernard. Grandchildren Neil, Alison, Adam and Jane and Great-grandchildren Eve, William, Harriet, Erica, Kian and Savanah, Terry and Dianne, and extended family friends and neighbours. Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service at Ipswich Crematorium on Monday, February 11, at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations to East Anglian Air Ambulance c/o.
