SMITH Hazel Jacqueline (nee Webb). Passed away peacefully in Ipswich Hospital after a short illness on January 19, 2019, aged 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Russell. Loving mum, nan and great nan who will be sadly missed. Funeral Service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium, Nacton on Thursday. February 21, 2019 at 1.30 p.m. Please wear something bright.
