JACK SMITH
Smith Jack (ex Lucas Service). Passed away peacefully at Ipswich Hospital on December 6, 2018 aged 83 years. Beloved husband to Eva and dad to Gerald, Andrew and Kevin, loving father-in-law, grandad, great grandad and brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Seven Hills Crematorium, on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research) or Ipswich Hospital Charity my be sent c/o. East of England Co-operative Funeral Service, 247a Hawthorn Drive, Ipswich IP2 0QG.
