JACOBS PAMELA PAM Passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Addenbrookes Hospital, aged 75 years. Beloved wife of Arthur and loving mother of Andrew and Barbara and step-mother to Alison and Graeme. A devoted nan to 13 grandchildren and one great grandson, dear sister to Dorothy. Funeral service to be held at Seven Hills Crematorium, on Friday, January 4, at 3.00 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, made payable to LUPUS UK may be sent c/o.
