Day Patricia “Pat”. Passed away on November 17, 2018, aged 81 years. Loving wife of Ray, loving mum to Jeffrey and Tina, loving nanna and great-nanna. Funeral Service is to take place at Stoke Green Baptist Church, on Thursday, January 3, at 10.30 a.m. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, payable to the British Heart Foundation, can be sent c/o.
