PHILIP SMITH Sadly passed away on November 12, 2018, aged 65 years. Loving husband of Teresa. Dad of Sandra, Sharon and Peter and a fun loving grandad. Forever in our hearts. Funeral service to take place at Seven Hills Crematorium, on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only please but donations, if so desired, made payable to the St. Elizabeth Hospice and sent c/o. the East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 310 Nacton Road, Ipswich IP3 9JH.
