JAY Derek William. Passed away at home on August 29, 2018 aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Flora, devoted Dad of Malcolm and Helen, dear father-in-law of Alison and Michael and a wonderful grandad of Matthew, Adam and Alexander. Service to celebrate Dereks life to be held at Gedling Crematorium Chapel, Nottingham on Thursday, October 11, at 10.30 a.m. followed by family burial at Carlton Cemetery.
