RONALD STANLEY BIRD Passed away peacefully at Sidegate Lane Nursing Home, Ipswich on August 23, 2018, age 87. Beloved husband to Kathleen, dear dad to Susan, Linda, Wendy and Julie. Father-in-law to the late Peter, Graham, Peter and Michael. Much loved papa to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private family cremation followed by a service of thanksgiving open to all at Bramford Road Methodist Church Ipswich IP1 4AY on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 12 noon. Immediate family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Ron, if desired, can be made to Dementia Services in Suffolk and Sidegate Lane Nursing Home.
