Dad, although we lost touch over the years, you were always in my/our thoughts. You were always a kind and thoughtful man, and would do anything for anyone. In my life I have tried to be like you, you have been a big influence to me. You will also be rembered for being the life and soul of any gathering and making light of most situations. I know being with Barbara made you happy, and that she was part of your life.
I could go on for ages, but at end of the day I am very proud to have had you as my dad. You you will be missed by all that knew you. A light has gone out in my life, but brighter light shines in lots of other lives.
I love you dad, God bless you. RIP
