Train services between Ipswich and Norwich are cancelled due to trespassers on the tracks.
A number of services between London Liverpool Street and Norwich are being terminated at Ipswich as a result of the incident.
According to Greater Anglia, emergency services are on route to the incident.
It is not yet clear when the incident will be sorted.
Greater Anglia said shortly before 2.50pm, train services running to and from these stations are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 4.30pm.
