A Christian reading room in Ipswich has gone on the market for £90,000.
The Christian Science Reading Room in St Matthews Street is being auctioned off next month with a guide price of £90,000 to £110,000.
The two-storey building has both rear and front access and is situated just to the west of the town centre.
The accommodation on the ground floor comprises an open plan shop area with a separate kitchen and on the first floor are two offices and a toilet.
A spokesman for Auction House East Anglia which is auctioning the property said: "The property has previously been used as a reading room but it is considered there is scope for alternative use, subject to planning permission."
The building will be auctioned on Wednesday, September 13.
