A 32-year-old charged after a serious assault at a petrol station in Ipswich left a man in a critical condition has appeared in court.
Gladstone Allen, of Muntjac Gardens in Stowmarket, appeared before Ipswich Crown Court on Friday.
He has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on Stephen Greaves and actual bodily harm on Aaron Tomlinson, with both alleged offences happening at the BP garage in Norwich Road on August 13 last year.
Allen has pleaded not guilty to the charges and his trial is on the warned listed from Monday, meaning it could go ahead at any point in the two weeks following that date.
