A new café is set to open in Ipswich opposite the town's Regent Theatre as a company seeks an alcohol licence.
Golden Coffee Regent is set to open at 2-4 St Helen's Street in Ipswich, in the former office of Masons Estates.
The company, situated directly opposite Ipswich Regent Theatre, is hoping to gain an alcohol premises licence.
The licence would allow it to supply alcohol on and off the premises from Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 11am and 10.30pm.
A closing date for representations is July 23.
