A famous comedian returns to Ipswich this week after a two-year hiatus from stand-up.
John Bishop, comedian, tv presenter and actor is getting "Back At It" for 46 tour dates - including two nights at the town's Regent Theatre.
The 'Back At It' tour, that started in March, continues until 2025. Bishop has since added more dates, with Ipswich originally only having one show planned.
Announcing the new tour, Bishop said: "I'm delighted to be hitting the road again with my new show."
"I did a few gigs in New York and some over in Ireland and I've got the juices flowing again."
"I'm looking forward to seeing you all out there on the road."
The comedian, who appeared in Doctor Who, took a two-year hiatus from stand up comedy to do "TV presenting, stage acting, podcast hosting, dog walking and decorating the spare room".
Bishop will be performing Thursday, July 11 at 8pm (BSL Interpreted) and Friday, July 12 at 8pm.
Some tickets are still available from £27.50 on the Regent's website.
