A village pub in the "best place to live" in Suffolk is searching for new tenants.
The Bakers Arms is located in Harkstead on the Shotley peninsula but closed down in December 2021.
Earlier this year, the Shotley peninsula south of Ipswich was named one of the best places to live in the UK by The Sunday Times.
The pub is a short walk away from Harkstead beach on the River Stour.

It has a main bar with a wooden top servery with a service area and an open fire place and can seat 12 customers.
There is also a split lounge bar and dining area which can seat 40 customers as well as a trade garden and fully equipped trade kitchen.
On the first floor is private accommodation which the landlord is redecorating.
It consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Everard Cole has listed the pub as available to let for £16,000 per annum but the landlord will consider suitable concessions to get the business up and running again.
