A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a crash involving a car in Ipswich.
Emergency services were called at around 1.55pm to the junction between Defoe Road and Henley Road in north-west Ipswich.
A police spokesman said a motorcyclist has been injured and the road has been closed while paramedics attend the scene.
An air ambulance was also spotted in the area and is said to be landing near the junction.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 1.47pm with reports of a collision in Defoe Road, Ipswich.
"We sent the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, an ambulance and an ambulance officer vehicle.
"One man was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further care."
Police have now confirmed that Defoe Road and Henley Road have been reopened following the collision and traffic is flowing normally.
