Fresh plans have been submitted to open a new children's home in a residential house after previous plans were refused earlier in the year.
Ipswich Borough Council has received the plans which would see a house, formerly used as an Air BnB, in Coniston Square East in the Priory Heath area of Ipswich, into a children's home.
In March this year, plans were submitted to the council to change the same property into a children's home, but these plans were refused in May due to "inadequate information".
The council said they it had been "unable to determine as to whether the proposed use amounts to a material change of use requiring planning permission".
Now, fresh plans have been submitted in a second attempt to convert the home, with documents showing what the proposed floor plan is, with only internal changes needing to be made.
The proposed plans show three bedrooms, all ensuite, with a staff bedroom, a staff room, living room and a kitchen and dining room.
The reason for submission remains the same, with the applicants stating that children's home are "very scarce and there is currently a shortage in the landlords who are willing to agree for their home to be used as a children's home".
