A 44-year-old man from the Shotley peninsula was sentenced for a string of offences, including attempting to damage a Suffolk police vehicle.
James Pether, of Kingsland in Shotley, appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich.
He was charged with attempting to damage property valued under £5,000, using threatening words or behaviour, racially or religiously aggravated behaviour or harassment and obstructing a female constable in the execution of their duty.
A court listing said all four charges happened on September 27 last year in Ipswich.
The criminal damage charge was related to the attempted damage of a Suffolk police marked car.
Pether pleaded guilty to all of the charges, the court listing confirmed.
He was told to pay a series of fines totalling £320, as well as £100 in compensation to the victim of the racially or religiously aggravated behaviour or harassment and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £105.
His guilty pleas were taken into account when he was sentenced by magistrates at the court.
