An Ipswich flower shop will be continuing to offer their made-to-order festive wreaths right up until Christmas Eve this year.

Emma's Florist has been open on Nacton Road, Ipswich for the last 12 years, with Christmas being one of its busiest times of year.

Owner Emma Felgate, 41, believes wreaths are an important part of Christmas tradition and has been producing them for 19 years.

Ms Felgate says the key to a perfect wreath is using plenty of different foliage, with her personal favourite being Blue Spruce.

"We also use traditional fruits like oranges, apples and limes," she added.
"They give the wreaths an amazing smell."

As they hand make every wreath to order, for regular and new customers alike, the staff at Emma's Florist are very busy in the run-up to Christmas.

"We still receive orders on Christmas Eve," she said.
"Because it's such an important part of people's Christmas traditions. We love to be a part of that."
