From Sister Act to a show about a demon dentist plenty of West End shows are stopping off in Ipswich this year.
Here are five shows you will not want to miss at the Regent Theatre.
1. The Commitments, February 28 to March 4
The smash hit West End musical based on the BAFTA award-winning film classic will be coming to Ipswich next month.
Nigel Pivaro, who is starring in the show said: "I am thrilled to be marking my return to the stage in this production of The Commitments.
"It’s an iconic story that resonates across the years, about people who though distant from the music’s origins find communion and expression in the Motown style."
2. Demon Dentist, March 16 to 19
The electrifying tale is from the West End producers of David Walliams' Gangsta Granny and Billionaire Boy.
Mr Walliams himself said the adaptations of his book is going to be "jaw-dropping".
The show is perfect for a family to give children one of their first experiences of musical theatre.
3. Seven Drunken Nights - The story of the Dubliners, March 23
Direct from the West End stage the show tells the story of a career spanning 50 years and invokes the spirit of Ronnie Drew, Luke Kelly, Barney McKenna, John Sheahan, Ciaran Bourke and Jim McCann.
This hugely talented cast of musicians and singers bring the music of this iconic group back to life and will have you singing and dancing in the aisles.
4. Sister Act, April 17 to 23
One of the biggest shows to come from the West End is heading to Ipswich.
The musical tells the story of disco diva Deloris who witnesses a murder and is placed in a convent under protective custody where she transforms the choir.
The show stars West End sensation Lizzie Bea and Emmerdale star Sandra Marvin.
5. Whitney Queen of the Night, September 30
After sell-out shows in the West End, the critically-acclaimed show is back.
Fans will be blown away by the live band performing three decades of nostalgic hits, including I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Higher Love, One Moment in Time, I'm Every Woman, How Will I Know, The Greatest Love Of All, I Will Always Love You and many more.
