A brand new Poundland store will open its doors at the Copdock Interchange Retail Park this summer.
The discount store will move into the retail park just outside Ipswich.
A spokesman for Poundland said the store will open to the public by the end of June.
The announcement comes after the retailer announced the closure of the Carr Street store in Ipswich which closes down on Saturday.
The store is closing down because the lease is expiring, the spokesman said.
