Two flood alerts for Suffolk have been issued.
The Environment Agency have put alerts in place for the tidal Deben estuary, from Felixstowe Ferry and Bawdsey to Ufford, and for the Suffolk and Essex coast from Felixstowe to Clacton, including the Orwell and Stour estuaries.
Both alerts for possible flooding were issued at 6.15am this morning (March 23) and local water levels and weather conditions should be monitored.
The Environment Agency, said: "Avoid using low-lying footpaths or entering areas prone to flooding. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one."
