The last couple of weeks have been a memorable experience for an Ipswich singer who performed at the King's coronation.
Before the historic day on May 6, Jonathan Hanley was given the opportunity to perform for King Charles III in a private performance as part of the Monteverdi Choir.
Mr Hanley said it was an "incredible" feeling to sing for dignitaries from around the world as they arrived for the service at Westminster Abbey.
The 29-year-old said: "It was a bizarre feeling because it had a bit of a wedding vibe to it, with all the expectation and a definite buzz in the air.
"It was an amazing atmosphere with all the dignitaries and celebrities all milling around."
Mr Hanley recalled having to wake up at 4am to travel, going through security at 6am and starting to perform for high profile people who were arriving from 7am onwards.
He continued: "Directly in my eye line was Suella Braverman, Michael Gove and Jeremy Hunt.
"Looking around I saw Kier Starmer and the Labour shadow cabinet and David and Samantha Cameron.
"Probably the most famous people I saw there though were Ant and Dec."
King Charles III is the patron of the Monteverdi Choir, and watched the choir in a rehearsal ahead of the day to show support.
Mr Hanley said: "That meant a lot to us all.
"It was a massive deal that he came and sat for about an hour just observing us.
"I think he completely understands how important the arts are and in particular, classical music is.
"He said that he would continue to support us and the arts in general.
"I think it was a really incredible experience to showcase classical music and I think it is one of the best, if not the best, export that this country has to the world stage."
