Woodgreen Pets Charity is hoping to open a new charity shop in the former Joules site in the 'next couple of months'.
21 Butter Market has been empty since Joules left in late January, but will now become a new animal charity shop.
A Woodgreen Pets Charity spokesman said: "This new store aligns with our existing charity shops and will serve as a means to generate funds to support Woodgreen's ongoing efforts in assisting pets and their owners who are in need."
The shop was previously occupied by Joules which collapsed into administration at the end of last year, but at the beginning of December Next stepped in with a rescue deal.

However, it was announced that the fashion chain would be pulling out of Ipswich town centre just months later.
Woodgreen Pets Charity does not have a finalised date for the new shop, but hopes to open it "within the next couple of months".
