Water has been restored to hundreds of homes in Ipswich after a pump failure.
Homeowners across the town were without water for around four hours on Saturday evening after Anglian Water reported the issue.
A statement from the water company said they were working "hard to identify the cause".
In a post on social media, they revealed the lack of supply was caused by a pump failure.
A spokesperson said: "There was a pump failure this evening at Rushmere station due to a telemetry engineering fault."
Supply was restored to customers by around 11pm on Saturday.
