Discount chain Poundland is set to open a new "destination" store in Ipswich.
The new store at Copdock Mill Interchange, on the outskirts of the town, is set to feature the brand's full clothing and homewares ranges.
The outlet - which is due to open on September 2 and will create around 25 to 30 new jobs - is one of 15 that the chain is either opening or relocating.
Nine shops - including the Copdock branch - will open in the coming weeks, with others planned for Braehead, Frome, Torquay, Selby, Pontefract, Cardiff, Stafford and Ryde.
Poundland also plans to open up to six other stores across the country before the end of September - subject to legal agreements.
The Copdock Poundland store will occupy a former Mothercare outlet at the retail park, and will join other big chains including Tesco, Burger King and Currys and B&M at the site.
The chain announced the new openings in the wake of the UK's latest inflation data, which shows price rises falling to 7.9% in June from 8.7% the previous month.
Poundland trading director Tim Bettley said: "We’ve worked hard since the beginning of the cost-of-living crisis to maintain our promise of amazing value to customers - and our consistent, steady growth shows they’ve noticed.
"But we also know the pressures are still real. Energy prices may be falling, but mortgage costs are on the rise so our job, now inflation is beginning to ease, is to do everything we can to pass on lower prices as soon as we can.
"We know that discounters like us passing on cost savings quickly, can help lower prices right across the market and drive inflation down faster.
"We’re committed to that mission of delivering amazing value – and it we know how much that matters to our customers."
The retailer said it plans to accelerate its grocery rollout including chilled, frozen and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as beers, wines and spirits to more stores.
It has also added new categories such as clothing and homewares to its range "to offer customers an alternative to supermarkets".
Poundland opened its first store in Burton-upon-Trent in 1990, and has built a network of over 850 stores in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. It employs around 18,000 workers across the stores.
It has also rolled out its Pep clothing range to around 400 of its larger stores, offering women’s, men’s and kids’ fashion.
It offers chilled and frozen food in more than 350 stores, which is set to rise to more than 500, following its acquisition of Fultons Foods and an investment of £25m.
Poundland is part of discount retail giant Pepco Group which owns around 4,000 stores including inthe UK, the Republic of Ireland and Spain.
Pepco acquired Poundland in April 2017.
